Last week included a mandatory three day training. The material wasn’t new, but there is always gold in the side conversations and anecdotes on the subject matter.
One blurb in particular struck me, “For the brass tacks, results-oriented people, the order of your conversation should go human>business>human.”
Oiy, I forget that often.
For all the bottom-liners out there, don’t forget there’s a person on the other end of that conversation that may need a quick warm up and cool down to relate and receive your message.
